Need advice on second Rhinoplasty surgery?

Question
Last year I underwent a rhinoplasty. I had a breathing problem corrected and a hump removed from my nose. The surgeon was also supposed to remove cartilage at the tip of my nose to scale it down in line with the removal of the bump. I was happy at first but over a year later I am left with 2 large, protruding bumps at the tip of the nose. It looks like really bad scar tissue or his failure to properly remove the cartilage. The tip was left looking very bulbous in comparison to the rest of my nose. Not acceptable. The doctor was located in Welsley, MA and was supposed to be a top notch doctor. The surgery was $8,000. No insurance coverage for the breathing issue. Anyone with experience know how much another surgery would range in for JUST removal of this built up tissue/cartilage to streamline the tip of the nose? Hoping I don't need to shell out another 10 grand to fix this assholes incompetence.
